Mixed Level
Beginner to Intermediate
This class is designed for those who have some experience on the reformer and for intermediate movers. Expect a well-paced, full-body workout with options and progressions offered throughout, allowing you to work at a level that feels right for you. Instructors will tailor exercises to support newer members whilst still challenging more experienced movers - making it a balanced, inclusive Byron Pilates class. -

Level 2
Advanced
Designed for those with reformer experience who are ready to challenge their strength, control, and coordination. This dynamic class moves at a quicker pace, layering more complex sequences and increased resistance to deepen your practice. Expect a strong full-body workout with a focus on precision, flow, and progression - the Byron Pilates way. -

BYRON Jump
Beginner to Advanced
A fun, high-energy Reformer Pilates class that combines low-impact cardio with full-body strength training. Using the jump board attachment, you'll improve fitness, endurance, coordination and core strength while being gentle on your joints. Perfect for anyone looking to add a little extra energy to their Pilates practice.
