  • Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout performed on a specialised machine called a reformer. Using springs for resistance and support, it focuses on building core strength, improving posture, flexibility, and overall movement - suitable for all levels.

    • Grip socks (required for safety and hygiene) BYRON grip socks are available to purchase in the studio

    • Comfortable, fitted workout wear that allows you to move easily

    • A water bottle to stay hydrated

    All equipment is provided — just arrive a few minutes early and ready to move 🤍

  • Yes there is plenty of free parking available directly outside the studio.

  • When you arrive at the studio, please come in a few minutes early to allow time to get settled. Place your shoes and belongings in the cubbyholes in the reception area, put on your grip socks, and pick your reformer.

    If it’s your first class, your instructor will welcome you, show you around, and help you get comfortable before class begins.

    We aim to respond quickly, usually within one business day.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for class cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit, and repeated no-shows may incur an additional fee.

    If you need to cancel within 24 hours, please contact us directly and we can update it manually. This helps us manage class spots and accommodate others on the waiting list.

  • BYRON Pilates Class Types

    Byron Balance - Gentle, slow-paced, focused on mobility, strength, and stability. Perfect for those looking for a mindful, low-impact workout.

    Level 1 - Beginners - Ideal for newcomers to Reformer Pilates. Learn the basics at a comfortable pace with guided support.

    Mixed Level - A balanced class suitable for all abilities. Exercises are offered with options so everyone can work at their own level.

    Level 2 - Intermediate - For those with some experience, focusing on strength, control, and more challenging progressions.

  • If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will not be permitted to join the class. Late arrivals will be marked as absent and the class will still be charged.

Our Story

BYRON Pilates is inspired by the six years I spent living in Australia, where I first fell in love with Reformer Pilates. Australia has a unique way of doing things uplifting, community driven, and deeply rooted in wellness and it was in BYRON Bay that I trained as a Pilates teacher and discovered the style of movement that truly resonated with me.

When I moved home, I wanted to bring a little piece of that sunshine, ease, and community spirit back with me. BYRON Pilates is my way of blending the calm, connected energy of BYRON Bay with thoughtful, high-quality movement here in Ireland. A space that feels welcoming, warm, and alive just like the place that inspired its name.
